Capitalised terms not otherwise set out in this AUP shall have the meaning set out in the Terms.
2. General Use Requirements
2.1 Customer shall use the Service in accordance with the Agreement, the Documentation, and this AUP.
2.2 Customer undertakes that each User shall keep a secure password for use of the Service, that such password shall be changed regularly, and that each User password shall be kept confidential.

(b) use the Service in any way that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party;
(c) use the Service in any way that could cause material harm to StackOne or others, or impair another customer’s use of the Service;
(d) upload, transmit, or store any viruses, malware, worms, trojan horses, or other harmful code;
(e) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures without authorisation;

4. AI Features
4.1 With respect to AI Features, Customer shall not:
(a) use AI Features or any AI Content to build, train, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning models, or to develop products or services that compete with the Service or AI Features;
(b) use AI Features to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects (e.g., employment, credit, healthcare decisions) without appropriate human oversight and review; or
(c) represent the output of any AI Features as being approved, vetted, or guaranteed by StackOne.
4.2 The restrictions in this Clause 4 are without prejudice to, and shall be read together with, the fuller obligations set out in the AI Services Addendum, which governs Customer’s use of AI Features in detail. In the event of any conflict between this Clause 4 and the AI Services Addendum, the AI Services Addendum shall prevail.
5. Playground Restrictions
Customer shall not, and shall procure that its Users shall not:
(a) use the Playground for any purpose other than testing StackOne connector functionality and familiarisation with the Service;
(b) use the Playground as a general purpose AI interface for tasks unrelated to testing StackOne connectors;
(c) use the Playground to generate AI outputs for business, commercial, or operational purposes outside of connector testing;
(d) use the Playground as a substitute for, or as a means of avoiding direct engagement with or payment to, any third-party AI provider, including any provider whose models power the Playground; or
(e) permit Users who are not engaged in active connector testing or development to access the Playground on a regular or sustained basis.
For the avoidance of doubt, Action Calls made via the Playground count toward Customer’s committed Action Call volume. StackOne reserves the right to monitor Playground usage patterns to identify potential misuse. Where StackOne reasonably determines that usage is inconsistent with this clause, it may suspend or terminate Playground access pursuant to Clause 9.4 of the Terms and Conditions.
6. Customer Data

(d) violates Applicable Laws.
6.2 Customer acknowledges that it is solely responsible for reviewing and vetting all outputs generated by the Service before use.
6.3 Customer acknowledges that, except as stated in the Agreement, StackOne will not be responsible for any intellectual property infringement, violation of third-party rights, or violation of laws arising from Customer Data or End Customer Data (where applicable).
7. Violations
7.1 Customer will promptly report any violations of this AUP to StackOne at legal@stackone.com and provide cooperation as requested to investigate and remedy such violation.
7.2 StackOne reserves the right, without liability, to:
(a) disable Customer’s access to any material that breaches this AUP;
(b) remove or limit access to any material that StackOne reasonably suspects to be in breach of this AUP;
(c) suspend Customer’s access to the Service; and/or
(d) terminate the Agreement for material breach.
8. Indemnity
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StackOne and its Affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, expenses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) Customer’s use of the Service in violation of this AUP; and (b) StackOne’s use of Customer Data in accordance with the Agreement.
