Announcing StackOne Defender: leading open-source prompt injection guard for your agent • Read More →
StackOne's Google Docs MCP server gives AI agents ready-to-use actions for Google Docs — with built-in authentication, security, governance, token efficiency, and high tool-calling accuracy.
Coverage
Create, read, update, and delete across Google Docs — and extend your agent's capabilities with custom actions.
Authentication
Per-user OAuth in one call. Your Google Docs MCP server gets session-scoped tokens with zero credentials stored on your infra.
Agent Auth →Security
Every Google Docs tool response scanned for prompt injection in milliseconds — 88.7% accuracy, all running on CPU.
Prompt Injection Defense →Performance
Free up to 96% of your agent's context window to enhance reasoning and reduce cost, on every Google Docs call.
Tools Discovery →A Google Docs MCP server lets AI agents read and write Google Docs data through the Model Context Protocol — Anthropic's open standard for connecting LLMs to external tools. StackOne's Google Docs MCP server ships with pre-built actions, fully extensible via the Connector Builder — plus managed authentication, prompt injection defense, and optimized agent context. Connect it from MCP clients like Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Goose, and VS Code, or from agent frameworks like OpenAI Agents SDK, LangChain, and Vercel AI SDK.
Every action from Google Docs's API, ready for your agent. Create, read, update, and delete — scoped to exactly what you need.
Create a new blank Google Docs document with an optional title
Retrieve the complete content and structure of a Google Docs document by its unique document ID
Apply a batch of updates to a Google Docs document in a single request. Supports content insertion, text formatting, table operations, headers and footers, paragraph styling, and structural changes. All operations are executed atomically in the order specified.
Return the authenticated identity and auth type for the current Google Docs connection. Wraps Google's account-level userinfo endpoint (GET https://www.googleapis.com/oauth2/v3/userinfo) for identity since the Google Docs API itself has no /me endpoint. Maps to the StackOne IAM unified credentials schema and inlines the IamUser record from the same response — no second roundtrip. auth_type is always "oauth" for this connector.
One endpoint. Any framework. Your agent is talking to Google Docs in under 10 lines of code.

Anthropic's code_execution processes data already in context. Custom MCP code mode keeps raw tool responses in a sandbox. 14K tokens vs 500.
