Do I need to create my own auth app to connect 360Learning to StackOne?
Yes, you need an auth app inside your 360Learning platform settings. 360Learning calls this "API Credentials" (created under Settings > API v2). Once created, paste the Client ID and Secret into the StackOne dashboard auth config for the 360Learning connector. See the 360Learning auth docs.
