Playground: Try Search & Execute and Watch Defender in Action
The Playground is where most people meet StackOne before they wire it into MCP or an API. It’s the fastest way to run a real tool call against a connected account and see what comes back. Now it’s also where you can try the agent features that usually run out of sight: Search & Execute and StackOne Defender. Both live deep in the request lifecycle, so their value is easy to describe and hard to picture. The Playground makes them visible.
What’s new
- Search & Execute toggle - flip Search & Execute on and off in the Playground and watch the tool list collapse into two meta-tools. No config, no code, just the switch.
- See the token savings - a side-by-side view of the context sent to the model with Search & Execute off versus on, so you can read the real token delta before you turn it on for a production workload.
- Defender’s verdict on every tool call - see what Defender flagged on each result and its risk level, evaluated live against real responses from your connected accounts, so the guardrail stops being a black box.
- Proof for a security review - a concrete view of prompt injection defense running on real data that developers, IT teams, and CISOs can point to in an internal review or a procurement question.
