AI Agents Meet Gamma: Automating Presentations with StackOne Connectors

We ❤️ Gamma here at StackOne

It's an awesome, beautifully-made product.

Two of the (many) great things about it

• Really well-executed use of AI to auto-generate new decks, incredibly quickly
• A nice API

But it's using Gamma specifically in conjunction with AI Agents that's been a game changer for us, so I thought I'd share some demo examples based on scenarios we've found helpful here at StackOne.

Use Case 1: Prepping a Gamma deck for a sale call

In this use case, I get my Agent review the transcript of a call recording with a prospective client (we use Fireflies internally) and use my learnings from that in my next meeting and to present on the key relevant areas for the client.

However, because StackOne product development is moving so quickly, I want to make sure I'm referencing all of our latest features and talking points in my deck. That means I want to retrieve, in real-time, information from our central company document “StackOne: Core Value Proposition” - which lives in our shared company Google Drive - and use context that when getting Gamma's AI to build the deck for me.

Gamma's super-fast, but new deck creation process typically takes 2-3 minutes, so I also get the Agent to notify me via Slack once it's ready and, lastly, to then update my record for this company in our CRM (Hubspot) with a link to this custom created content.

For the purposes of the Loom demo video below, because I don't want to expose confidential client calls here, I've used a dummy call with a (fake) prospect so I can show the principle in action.

Use Case 2: Presenting to the team on company structure

Since our Series A raise with Google Ventures, StackOne has been growing fast; lots of new team members, new teams. To make life easy, before a company all-hands meeting, it takes an Agent less than two minutes to;

• query our HRIS for org structure, employees, teams etc
• turn that into a Gamma deck ready for presenting

Because I don't want to share sensitive internal data, for the purposes of the demo below, I've recreated the same flow using a Lattice sandbox environment.

Those are just two quick examples of how we're using Gamma at StackOne in conjunction with AI Agents - powered by StackOne to connect to our wider tech stack - but I'm also loving using an AI Agent to connect to my Slack, Email, Calendar & HubSpot to review what I've been working on in the last couple of weeks so I can present to my manager on that.

Two minutes later, a slick deck is ready with full context on my recent workload.
